Notary appointment hours

Regular availability is 7am–1pm and 5:30pm–10pm Pacific, seven days a week, subject to existing appointments and travel. Call if the calendar does not show the time you need. Visits are by appointment; no walk-in office address is advertised.

Help us plan your visit

  • General notarization: document type, number of signers, signing address, and deadline.
  • Real estate signing: purchase, refinance, reverse mortgage, HELOC, or seller/cash package; assigning company; document-ready time; printing, scanback, and return instructions.
  • Facility appointment: facility name, access restrictions, and arrangements for the signer and any required witnesses.
