When you contact Knock Knock Notary, we use the information you share to help arrange your appointment. Here is what that means for you.
What you share with us
Your request may include your name, phone number, email, signing address, preferred time, service, and a short message. We use these details to answer your questions, prepare a quote, plan travel, and send appointment updates.
Keep sensitive details out of your request
A brief description of the service is enough. Please do not send Social Security numbers, identification numbers, medical records, or confidential document contents through the form. You do not need to upload your documents to request an appointment.
Booking and address checks
If you book through Cal.com, that service handles your scheduling details under its own privacy policy. When you use our service-area address checker, the address is sent to the U.S. Census Bureau to identify the county. Using the checker does not create an appointment request.
Who helps handle your information
Our website, hosting, email, and scheduling providers may process information needed to operate these services. Appointment emails contain details needed to coordinate your visit. These providers may also use cookies or basic connection information for their services.
Your information and your choices
We keep appointment information as needed to coordinate services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete information you have shared. Some records may need to be retained. Information submitted through this website is separate from the notary journal maintained for completed notarizations.
