For escrow and title teams
- Provide the signing address, contact information, and required completion window.
- Confirm print size, copies, scanback instructions, and shipping or drop-off requirements.
- Supply an available contact for borrower questions or document corrections.
Questions about loan terms, disclosures, and legal obligations are referred to the lender, escrow team, or attorney. Notary services do not include advice about whether to sign.
